Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier’s transit schedule, with worldwide shipping estimated between 5–15 business days.

Please be aware that during busy seasons or holidays, carriers may experience delays or slower tracking updates beyond our control. International shipments may also face customs delays, which can extend delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay processing or lead to cancellation. If our system detects address issues, we will contact you within 3 business days to verify your shipping info. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at help@thefurlounge.com within 24 hours of ordering. We will do our best to make changes but cannot guarantee adjustments after this window.

Delayed Delivery

We understand timely delivery matters and work to ship orders promptly. However, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier disruptions, or customs delays. We will keep you informed of any issues affecting your order.

The Fur Lounge is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. We are here to assist and update you as needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is with the courier, it is unfortunately out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at help@thefurlounge.com and we’ll assist where possible.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, who often requires customer information to process claims. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Please note, lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered. In some cases, filing a police report may be necessary.
