Cancellation Policy

Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing, and we may be unable to modify or cancel them. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dents or scratches, does not qualify as damage if the product itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing help@thefurlounge.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement if eligible.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen issues during shipping. For delivery problems, please contact your courier directly.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not reported within 24 hours of ordering, The Fur Lounge will not issue resends or refunds.
